Our reports include information on the survey methodology, sample information, customer score and star ratings for your company against the group sample. Each report will have bespoke reporting on questions relating to your brand in the survey and additional insights.

You will have a dedicated account manager who makes sure the licensing process runs smoothly, helps you make the best use of the logo in your marketing, answers your questions and takes on board your feedback. We will send you a quote to receive the feedback report.
We will request your finance details and a purchase order number so that we can raise an invoice. We then send you an agreement to sign and return. This is proof of your purchase and commitment for the report.
Our reports can take anywhere between 2 - 8 weeks to complete. The reports have a high level of detail in them and require our specialist research team to create them. At the point of purchasing, we will make you aware of the lead time.

Reports start from £1200 for licence holders and for non-licence holders, prices start from £1500.
